Care & Maintenance

Our services range from initial colony installation, ad hoc support and issues management through to fully managed services as part of an ongoing bee care programme. We only use natural products wherever possible and focus on the sustainability of hives.

From building brood boxes to checking the health of your hive, there's always something to do. We're here to help you make the most of your hobby, whether it's support with equipment and maintenance, building wax frames, preparing to extract honey or swarm prevention. We tackle day to day troubleshooting and maintenance needs including Queen marking and colony feeding amongst other hot topics. 

Holiday cover for when you're not around 

If you're planning to take some time away over the summer months and don't want to leave your bees unattended for extended periods then we can arrange to stop by and check on your hives as part of our holiday cover package. 

Fully managed & bespoke hive care packages

Whether it's ongoing help managing your hives or a commercial arrangement to install and maintain a colony, we're happy to help. Our services don't only include single hives or beginners, we offer a fully comprehensive hive management service where we will come and take care of your hives for you all year round. With a range of options, including honey extraction, we will build a bespoke offering that meets your requirements - giving you as little or as much care as you need.
