80% of food is pollinated by managed honey bees. Adding honey to your diet is a great way of giving your body immune system supporting antioxidants. Whether it's adding honey into your drink or pouring it over your porridge, incorporating this brilliantly beneficial food source into your diet is easy. 

Do you sell your honey? 

At Lakeside, we're really fortunate that our bees produce a gorgeously delicious New Forest honey. We only take as much honey from our hives as necessary to ensure that our bees have enough food stores to see them through the winter months. There are two different types of honey we produce - early spring (May) which tends to be oil seed rape and late season (August). 

What else do you sell? 

The hives produce a pungent wax that is perfect for candles. We use this wax to produce small quantities of candles of Lakeside origin, and beeswax sticks that can be used to make other items such as beeswax wraps.
